Results of the NBCOT Examination
The National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT®) is a not-for-profit credentialing agency that provides certification for the occupational therapy profession. NBCOT® serves the public interest by developing, administering, and continually reviewing a certification process that reflects current standards of competent practice in occupational therapy. For more information please visit: http://www.nbcot.org/school-performance
Beginning in 2013, NBCOT states the program's passing percent data was calculated on the number of new graduates who pass the NBCOT exam within one year of finishing their academic work, regardless of the number of attempts. Since 2013, Kean OT graduates had a pass rate of 100%. Please follow this link to see the published NBCOT pass rate for all OT programs, including Kean University.
