ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

In addition to the University’s admission requirements:

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3.0 cumulative grade point average 
  • Official transcripts from all institutions attended
  • 30 completed credits in Spanish
  • Core Academic Skills exam
  • Praxis II:  Spanish Content Knowledge
  • Passing score on Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI)
  • Professional Resume/CV
  • Personal Statement
  • TOEFL or IELTS scores (for applicants whose native language is not English). Exceptions can be made for students who have completed at least 6 credits of college level English courses from a U.S. institution, or who have submitted SAT or ACT exam scores.
